The frequently-omniscient Future Met Wiki has recently vouchsafed a few morsels about upcoming Met seasons. Details after the jump!

In 2019-2020, the repertory will include Tchaikovsky’s Pikovaya dama, likely starring Karita Mattila and Lise Davidsen; Manon with Sonya Yoncheva in the title role; and Tristan und Isolde with Klaus Florian Vogt and Gunther Groissbock conducted by Vladimir Jurowski.

2020-2021 features new productions of Aida and Don Giovanni, directed by Michael Mayer and Ivo van Hove, respectively, as well as revivals of Lulu and Die Frau ohne Schatten.

Information is sparse for 2021-2022, but it does seem apparent that Mahagonny will return to the Met in a new production starring Asmik Grigorian.

And about all we know about 2022-2023 is that a new Lohengrin, directed by Phelim McDermott, will team Anna Netrebko and Yannick Nézet-Séguin.

And sometime during the 21st century, we can expect Don Carlos in its original language.

There’s more, of course, at the Future Met Wiki.
