Email addresses and IP addresses recorded in our signup records are automatically masked 30 days after submission, so that individual records can no longer be linked back to you. We retain an irreversible hashed form of the email address beyond that point, which allows us to recognize repeat signups and honor deletion requests without storing the address itself.
Contact records held with our email delivery provider are retained for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we retain a suppression record indefinitely so that we do not contact you again in error.
