UPDATE: An informant whispers to La Cieca that one of the Toscas at NYCO Renaissance next month here in New York will be Latonia Moore.

PREVIOUSLY: It’s a safe bet that Martina Serafin will not be singing Tosca at NYCO-R , but La Cieca can confidently spill the casting of the leading roles. 
The role of the Roman diva, La Cieca hears, will be shared between Mariangela Spotorno and Kristin Sampson (and Latonia Moore).

Appearing as Mario Cavaradossi will be James Valenti and Raffaele Abete.Michael Chioldi and Carlo Guelfi will alternate in the role of Scarpia.Bass-barione Donald Hartmann will sing the Sacristan.Anyone with further information about casting for this Tosca is asked to email La Cieca at [email protected].
