Opera Orchestra of New York will stage a cautious comeback next season with a program of solo recitals and “intimate and informal dinner-hour recitals and talks” featuring the irreplaceable Ira Siff.

Full recitals are programmed by “Golden Voiced Diva” Aprile Millo (celebrating the 25th anniversary of her OONY debut) and Eglise Gutiérrez, most recently heard with the company in 2008’s La sonnambula. The intime events will spotlight tenor Bryan Hymel and soprano Julianna DiGiacomo, with maestro Eve Queler tickling the 88s.
