    Not until she’s subtitled lol

.Love her doctored acoustics and great piano too. I prefer her to Damrau.

I am in love. She is Austrian. She is 47 years old. And she this Miststück is looking for a hot time with a hunk tonight who is 42 years old or mehr. http://badoo.com/0154182879/. This is the spokeswoman for the People’s Opera, all right, perhaps someone might be Keene on her. Any higher and her larynx will pop out and fashion a Teutonic ponytail on that beautiful mane of dyed, brittle hair (yes, the extensions would come undone). Such economy of scale: she accompanies herself (but couldn’t she synch the sound to the image?). The Caro Nome had something porny about it, I was getting clammy watching it. And yet a veil covers her chest in the low-cut, Queen of the Night dress; such contradiction, the true sign of an artist. Give me more (how about this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4W_Voo_uIc4 (she hired the same guy for the bad synching, but oh, such multidisciplinary skills) or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C45SOpi_Nkk&feature=related). Dearest Cieca, no pun intended, but you have made me see the light.

I’ve heard much worse. She’s not even in Mari Lyn’s league – that voice could be fixed; Mari Lyn’s could not. And that doesn’t even start with Mari Lyn’s musical values!

re: Ave Maria, I love that she’s in a church with a strappy top and her cleavage showing. (insert grumble here: back in the day, first time I visited Europe women could not even wear a sleeveless top into a Catholic church)

Not to mention the glances heavenward.

    • SilvestriWoman says:

Her Ave Maria is entertaining but, for videos in a church, this remains the best.

Does anyone know whatever became of Angel Taormina?

    • Kilian says:

Following her career as the Ljuba Welitsch among today’s Florence Foster Jenkinses, she branched out into becoming the Soeur Sourire among today’s Evelin Trauners, according to http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2745107/bio:

“Angel Katherine Taormina is the foundress of Little Flower Ministry, a non-for-profit Catholic ministry dedicated to bringing Christ to the world through the various art forms. Taormina began working in the media in the fields of film, opera, and literature in 2003 and expanded to music and ministry tools in 2011. LFM was formed in 2010 and took on all of the 2007-formed Elusion Productions releases in 2011. The branches of Taormina’s LFM include Little Flower Films, Saint Michael Records, Saints Malachy and Cecilia Opera and Film Troupe, Little Flower Ministry Ministry Tools, and Labor of Love Publishing. As of 2011, LFM is Taormina’s sole, primary, and active company, seeking to have Christ “be make known everywhere” a la Saint Therese the Little Flower by using the media to spread God’s message of Love and Redemption to the world; all for His greater glory.”

    • Gualtier M says:

Camille, Angel Katherine Taormina has recently become a Consecrated Perpetual Virgin and founded the Little Flower Ministries. We all knew her before she was a Consecrated Perpetual Virgin. Her songs are dedicated to God now…

Merce, diletti amici, kilian and il grande Gualtier M. For news of Angel. I am alarmed about the Saint Therese of Lisieux dedication and what it may lead to…self-martyrdom….

I hope she finds the love and support she is looking for. My husband says that this is what happens when children are homeschooled and their creative impulse has been unchecked by proper supervision.

Her “Sous les toits de Paris” did brighten many a grey morning for me a couple years ago. I do mourn its loss as I have been unable to find an acceptable substitute.

Perhaps she could bring us a version of Suor Angelica or the Carmelites?
