I say ‘featured’ because she sings on 11 of the 25 tracks. She’s supported by the Bambini di Praga, Musica Bohemica, and the Prague Brass Quintet under the direction of Jaroslav Krček. It’s a selection of Czech and Moravian Christmas music in wonderfully varied arrangements, none of them overly sentimental or sweet. Beňačková sings beautifully. I highly recommend adding this to your holiday playlist.
