Subsequent clips I’ve heard of Baikoff on social media have confirmed the impression she made back in Sag Harbor. This is a very promising artist and a refreshingly, uniquely intelligent one. She’s currently an ensemble member at the Bayerische Staatsoper singing smaller roles, though it’s in concert repertoire and art song where she seems to especially shine. I look forward to hearing more from her in future years.
