Next season I’m excited for Lisette Oropesa in Roméo et Juliette

I am looking forward to seeing The Greatest Thing Ever as Gounod‘s Juliette, a role I have never seen her in, at the Berlin Staatsoper on 6 November.

Here she is in a delightful performance of Juliette’s waltz song in a Covid-era concert. Before that, I will see her in Manon with Benjamin Bernheim in Zurich on 24 September. I am practically drooling with anticipation.

Tickets I already have for operas starring The Greatest Thing Ever:
Manon Zurich 24 September
Roméo et Juliette Berlin 6 November
Traviata Munich 11 November
Puritani Met – 3 times, 3,10, 18 January
Traviata Met – twice, March 28 and April 4

Oh ECSTACY, oh BLISS!
