Her Gilda is one of the best I have heard live and like most of you, I’ve experienced my share of Gildas. Like many, I also saw her as Susanna in Figaro on the 1991 Live from Lincoln Center New York City Opera telecast.
More people should listen to Maureen O’Flynn
I first saw her perform with Portland Opera in Lucia. I subsequently saw her in Traviata, also in Portland. Later, I saw her as both Gilda and Juliette as the Met.
