The finale of Suor Angelica makes me weep, the sadness and then brutal violence/horror of Il Tabarro is better than any true crime doc streaming, and Gianni Schicchi is comedy that is actually funny! It’s the best of all worlds wrapped up into a wonderful evening at the opera!
