Sabine Devieilhe sings a lot of stellar Mozart — Ilia, Susanna, Blonde, a fierce Queen of the Night — but it’s her 2015 concert-aria recording, featuring hubby Raphael Pichon and his period ensemble Pygmalion, to which I return most often.
