Well when the financing runs out that is usually what happens. You cannot continue to film. How much of that is La Dunaway’s fault? It’s a crappy play and I get why she wants to direct. She’s a billion years old and looks SUPER CREEPY. We all know that Hollywood dumps actresses after40. She’s gotta make money somehow and I am sure that she of many clashes with directors feels that she could do a better job than most of the directors out. The grandma roles are out for her since she has pulled and dermabrazed her skin to a point of preternaturalness. But alas how many actresses are smart enough or who’s ego will allow them to take the Shirley McClain route?
Side note: she is a RAGING BITCH! I used to live around the corner from her and she terrorized every vendor in our neighborhood. Not a nice lady. But hey, I wish her and the movie luck.
