  Is it sad that I think her Ulrica is perhaps the most genuinely terrifying I have ever seen? I think any contralto singing the role for the first time should take a look at this…In all her obvious lunacy, she taps into something quite demonic, and I like it. And that last note is pretty damn impressive, actually. Of course, seeing as she used to be a man, I suppose it makes sense that the chest voice would still be the strongest part of her voice. I am going as her next Halloween! What fun

  I sent the Azucena clip to Zajick, wondering if she might want her to join her students……Poor Dolora..poor Bruna Rasa..poor Galvany..poor La Cieca….poor Wenarto(although his tits might qualify).Their chest just does not measure up.
