did you guys hear that sondra rad apparently has been having bad luck with her feet; first, she hurt one while kicking a mugger in SF, then marco berti fell on her other foot in rehearsal and she’s apparently going onstage with a cast?????

Not all of these dames have sung Brünnhilde, but many of them are on tenure track for the Wagnerian canon. Now talk about this or suggest a couple more names.
What about Irene Theorin? Possibly the best Brunnhilde today. Don’t think Stemme will make it to be a Brunnhilde, but I love her.
