Now, here La Cieca is somewhat confused. The music is obviously from Tannhäuser, but so far as she can tell the scenario for the video is derived from the 1964 Bette Davis vehicle Dead Ringer.

In a demanding dual role, diva Zsuzsa Misura (whose name is, coincidentally, both dual and demanding) plays mousy twin Edith Phillips and her glamorous widowed sister Margaret Phillips DeLorca.

Or am I missing something? Could it be she is supposed to be Olivia de Havilland and Joan Fontaine? Pilar Lorengar and Jessye Norman? Nathan Lane and Liliane Montevecchi?

Suggestions are welcome.
