opera babe

La Cieca doesn’t know how she manages it, but somehow Opera Chic managed to be first to get her hands on the official “debut” photos of The Schrott Tot. More perfectly adorable photo scans of l’il Tiago Aruã and his very attractive mom and dad are on the Chic’s site.

Love the “Born to be Wild” t-shirt.
I heard there was a letter missing from that t-shirt. It was meant to read “Born to be Wilde.” This is a very gay positive family.
that kid sure is cute for a newborn, Mahzel Tov to the parents and to him!!
I think I just threw up in my mouth.
Charming. Both the baby and the above post…but for different reasons.
That is one good-lookin’ newborn. Which is not always the case with beautiful parents. Congratulations to the Schrott-Netrebko family!
Jeez, put it under a cut.
(I jest, but really, one of the few real perks of homosexuality is not having to deal with or think about babies.)
Mauori Dannato
That is lovely. You enjoy your perk.
What a cute baby, congrats to the parents
Seriously, I want to be congratulated for NOT having a baby…
Congratulations on not having a baby.
Perfect timing Josephine. Bad Egg, let me be the second to congratulate you on NOT having a baby. You don’t sound like you’d be a sympathetic parent anyway.
All these remarks here tonight and yet in the past few days I HAVE BEEN ACCUSED of making everything about me. Cieca…..take a good look. None of the comments on this thread are about my ‘foibles’….yeah….right.
do you think Madame Quickly could have a baby *tomorrow*?
Well, some couple had to try to be the ‘Angelina/Brad family’ in the field of Opera.
O mio bambino caro !
Something I have been wondering for a long time – what is the logic behind the list of ‘related’ threads for each topic?
What does this have to do with Mortier on the Green Hill, or the death of Di Stefano?
Winston Smith:
I am also very curious about that! And if she COULD “have it tomorrow”, what would it be “a question of…”??
Estrogen and progesterone? … intercourse and fertility?… Donation and insemination?…
I wonder…
Little Trouble is a cutie. I just thought; which diva had the most children? Louise Homer had a whole bunch, and I found in wikipee that even Melba went wild once and had a bambino.
Claire Watson had four or five children. Soederstrom had several as well.
Ernestine Schumann-Heink had seven children, plus a few stepkids.
I forgot about Ernestine and her sons in the German and American armies. Wiki and AllMusic both mention that Fritz Reiner had a daughter who was a “love child.” The old grump must have let himself cut loose.
What about Eileen Farrell? Did’nt she have a large family?
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwww.
Gorgeous little kid- If he grows up with a healthy slice of his Mommy & Daddy’s talents that could be wonderful for the world in a few years time.
Photoshop is a great thing these days..
