It reminds me of Lola Vavoom in Jasper Fforde's books. The Maria CD is at the post office and I cannot wait. Arriving with the "Complete Callas Studio Recordings". Yay!

La Cieca: I think I woke up my neighbour with laughter. Look up the Sutherland/Horne gala from Sidney - Marilyn Horne is, uhm, spectacularly endowed. Maybe it is because it was still the LP era and she had, lets say, the Solti and Karajan Rings tucked in somewhere.
I just love it that she's simultaneously so bootylicious AND such a dork. And that hair - is there no better solution? Francois - please report on the Maria CD ASAP!
