It's from Ballo in maschera, Budapest, 1976. (He sang in Italian, the rest of the cast in Hungarian.)
Give us more pictures of Ruby Tinkor(Tucker) like this one with the cute little mustash and the cowboy garb. He doesn't get much comment on Parterre.
