Wotan’s daughters, in order of appearance: Alessandra Marc (Gerhilde), Eva Marton (Helmwige), Karan Armstrong (Waltraute), Agnes Baltsa (Schwertleite), Anna Tomowa-Sintow (Ortlinde), Gwyneth Jones (doubling Siegrune and Rossweisse) … and Jochen Kowalski (Grimgerde).

    yes, i’m aware of miss Dimitrova’s untimely demise. since this was done in 2003, i meant that she could have been there — except she doesn’t sing in german, it seems. i’ve never heard of her tackling Wagner or Strauss for instance.
